We started off on the west coast of Florida in Venice, where my Grandparents live. It was so wonderful to get to see how much fun we had together. Watching my Grandparents with their Great Grandchildren was so precious and just amazing to get to spend time together. We played games of Go Fish and Memory and had multiple meals together, all in all some wonderful days.
Then we went to the Atlantic Coast of Florida just the 4 of us. After our driving day, we spent the following day in Disney World. Silas told us on the way home that the best part of the day was getting to play with Mickey and all the friends. Both children had fun giving high fives and hugs to the different characters. It was a very hot day, but we enjoyed just taking things slow and getting to see what we got to see.
The last days we spent at the beach and the pool! It was so amazing to just relax and spend time together. Building sandcastles, splashing, eating out for breakfast or dinner, and a few days without internet was just what we needed!
